It didn’t work so well with him in North London, and he got replaced by Vinai Venkatesham, who has stepped up into his role. The decision was based upon the last summer club record during the signing of Nicolas Pepe from Lille. Sanlleehi was behind £72million signing, and since then, he managed to score just eight goals during debut season for Gunners, which led questioning about the Frenchman. Arsenal began a review considering too much pay for 25 years old. Sanllehi was also criticized by the legends of Gunner Tony Adams and ultimately end up losing his job.

In a recent interview, the club owner stan and Josh stated about Raul’s significant contribution during his time of service, and he would always be a part of the Arsenal family. They also thanked him for his hard work and wished good luck for his future success. Further, they also commented that No doubt Vinai would be the right person to take it forward as he has been showing outstanding leadership skills during the current crisis, which should be highly regarded externally and internally. They hope everyone rallying around him for the successfully move forward.

Raul Sanllehi said that he feels proud of his contribution over the past three years and is looking forward to Arsenal’s success, which is a true footballing institution. He also thanked Stan and Josh for the opportunity and said that Mikel’s entry had created an extremely positive effect on forming a strong team. He feels that the academy is in safe hands under Vinai with Per and Huss, who are extraordinary football operations leaders. He further says that he wants to take some time off to spend it with his family and friends before setting up new challenges towards work.

Venkatesham, who has been working with Arsenal since 2010, says that while stepping into Sanllehi shoes, he is thankful to Stan and Josh and the board for showing trust upon him. Also, he will miss working closely with his dearest colleague and friend Raul, but he is all set for the new challenge. He further adds that there is much more to do for bringing Arsenal back at the top as per the demand of our fams. This surely is not going to happen overnight, but Arsenal will emerge strong with confidence.

Since his arrival, Arsenal has been seen deteriorating badly, though the door was set long before he was appointed. Under his dealings, Arsenal became more wasteful, and the list of failures arose severe questions. He couldn’t make more penny in the recent Championship League, and the margin kept decreasing more every year. Sanheli, back at Barcellona, was appointed as an art of time, but it didn’t work out well, and later on, they find themselves back where they had started.
