Once your business starts to pick up, you can expect to receive at least 10-12% of the bets that are being placed. As your business really takes off, and you start expecting standard wagering, then you can easily make a couple of grand running the business. However, in order to be able to achieve all this you need to put in the hours and effort into making it happen and the first couple of weeks are crucial for this. If you begin to slack off because you are not satisfied with the results, then your efforts will have gone to vain.

How many hours will you be working?

The number of hours that you will need to work for highly depends on the time of the season, what types of games are being played, and also on your willingness to work. The first couple of weeks of your business really require you to spend time with new clients and getting the word out to potential customers. On average you will be spending around 5 hours per week or more, and that also yields considerable results. But if you are aiming high, then you will need to be put in at least 2 hours of work every day.

How many people will be working with you?

As your business starts to take off, you will realize how much the work increases to. It will go up to a point where you will not be able to manage on your own if you also have a full time job. This is when you will need to bring in more people to help you with the day to day operations.

Is it easy?

The most important question that is asked by everyone: how hard is it to run the business? The answer to this question truly depends on how serious you are about achieving results. If you start out with a clear goal in mind, that means you are willing to do whatever it takes to reach that goal, but if you will be treating this a part time thing and not take it as seriously, then you probably won’t see much results.
